The quoted delivery times are realistic from a production perspective and consequently we will make every effort to ensure your printed items are delivered to you within the time specified.
All our deliveries are despatched by courier, overnight for next-day delivery.
However, in very extreme circumstances, it may be that we are unable to honour our commitment to you. The quoted delivery dates are therefore a guideline and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Points to consider:
Please plan and set realistic timescales, taking into consideration time, both yours and ours, for proofing.
There are also elements of the creative process that cannot be fast-tracked, including the design conception. Please, therefore, make allowance for any design and development work.
Please plan and take into account weekends, national holidays and normal office hours.
Our deliveries are despatched using UPS and they will require a signature upon receipt. UPS policy is that under normal circumstances they won't leave parcels in a safe place, so please make sure that there is someone available at your delivery address to receive the parcel.
When sending your order, UPS will be given your e-mail address. They will then send you tracking details so that you are able to follow the status of your order.
The vast majority of our deliveries arrive the next day, although this isn’t a guaranteed service with our standard delivery charge.
